Regret no cheques are accepted.
Early bookings need to be confirmed 14 days before date of arrival.
No persons other than those quoted for are permitted to share the accommodation.
Regret, no pets allowed.
Rates subject to increase without prior notice.

Deposits Policy:
50% deposit with full settlement 7 days prior to check-in will secure reservation.
No Shows, Early Departures and Cancellations:
Less than 7 days, fees are 100% forfeited.
Refunds:
A R200 admin fee is deducted from refunds.
Lost key and remote to replacement is R400.
